Tree Planting

Your generous support at Bellbird Hollow transforms lives! Every dollar funds the planting of native trees—eucalypts, acacias, and banksias—tailored to attract and sustain local wildlife like koalas, bellbirds, yellow-tailed black cockatoos, and pale-yellow robins. These trees create vital habitats, offering food, shelter, and nesting spots on our sanctuary, fostering a thriving ecosystem. Together, we’re growing a greener future! 🌳🐨

Your incredible support at Bellbird Hollow powers our tree-planting mission! The Northern Tablelands is a crucial haven for koala survival, with fewer urban and climate pressures than coastal regions. Safeguarding and restoring koala habitats on both private and public lands here is essential, as these furry mates need vast forest and woodland areas to call home. Although Bellbird Hollow is naturally wooded, it lacks a lot of good food trees for Koala's, we are focusing on Manna, Red & Grey gum for Koala's. along with other tree types for birds, we have already completed some planting, but we have a long way to go. New tools and equipment will go a long way towards speeding this process up.

Facilities

Your amazing support at Bellbird Hollow breathes new life into our sanctuary! Funds are being poured into restoring a rundown, 50-year-old cabin, abandoned for decades on our property. Every dollar helps repair its weathered walls, reinforce the foundation, and add eco-friendly touches, turning it into a cozy hub for volunteers and a symbol of renewal—supporting our mission to nurture koalas, cockatoos, and more! 🏡🌳
